Welcome to The Inner Pages.
Think of this as part newsletter, part backstage pass, part voice note from your favourite bookish friend, and a little love note from me to you.
It’s where I get to share the things that don’t always fit into a caption: the stories I’m writing, the scenes currently living rent-free in my head, messy first drafts, poetry, playlists, author-life chaos, new releases, darker thoughts, softer moments, and whatever else is inspiring me that month.
Sometimes it’ll be polished, sometimes it absolutely won’t be. But, it’ll always be real, a little personal, and very Lana.

Writing can be a strangely solitary thing.
You spend months creating people and places that exist almost entirely inside your head, and then one day you hand them over and hope they mean something to someone else too.
So when you read my words, save a quote, tell me a character made you feel something, or choose to put one of my books on your shelf…
that matters to me.
The Inner Pages is partly my way of giving a little of that back.
More words. More context. More of the world behind the books.

Because sometimes I’m ahead of schedule and have far too much to tell you. And sometimes deadlines, life, two teenagers, a stubborn manuscript or one particularly demanding non-fictional man decide otherwise.
I’d rather send you something you actually want to open than email you just because the calendar told me to.
